释义	子公司可以上市。依据我相关法律的规定，子公司符合上市条件的，子公司是可以独立上市的，但该子公司需要是股份有限公司，并且自成立后持续经营三年以上，但是经过国务院批准的除外。法律依据《首次公开发行股票并上市管理办法》第八条发行人应当是依法设立且合法存续的股份有限公司。经国务院批准，有限责任公司在依法变更为股份有限公司时，可以采取募集设立方式公开发行股票。
