释义	法律分析：节假日不属于旷工，如果是在清明、劳动、端午、中秋、国庆、新年、春节法定节假日期间的，当然不属于旷工；如果是在正常工作时间外，用人单位安排了加班，员工不来的也不算旷工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十一条，用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
