法律依据：《铁路旅客车票实名制管理办法》 第六条 实行车票实名制管理的车站及列车，乘车人进站乘车时应当出示车票和本人有效身份证件原件。铁路运输企业应当对车票记载的身份信息、乘车人及其有效身份证件进行核对，对拒不提供本人有效身份证件原件或者票、人、证不一致的，铁路运输企业有权拒绝其进站乘车。
