释义	法律分析：一般情况下双方签订的合同到期后效力就不受法律保护了，也就失去了其原有的法律效力。一般合同会附有有效期限以及终止期限，合同的生效与终止应当按照合同中约定的条款判断。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
