婚假跟法定节假日重叠怎样搞
释义
结婚假自结婚之日起计算，即使婚假超过十天，假期中有两个节假日或法定节假日时，假期总数是不累积或推迟的。
法律依据：
《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》 第六条 全体公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，应当在工作日补假。部分公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，则不补假。
