释义	法律分析：退役金是自主就业的退役士兵享受的一次性待遇。退役金标准是根据国民经济发展水平、全国职工年平均工资收入和军人职业特殊性等因素确定，并适时调整。法律依据：《士兵退役安置条例》第二十条获得荣誉称号或者立功的退役士兵，由部队按照下列比例增发一次性退役金：（一）获得中央军事委员会、军队军区级单位授予荣誉称号，或者荣获一等功的，增发15%；（二）荣获二等功的，增发10%；（三）荣获三等功的，增发5%。多次获得荣誉称号或者立功的退役士兵，不能累计增发退役金。
