问题	赠与的房产可以买卖吗
释义	房产权利转移前，可以撤销赠与，买卖房产。如果赠与的房产所有权已经转移至受赠人，那么一般来说，原所有权人就无权再处分该房产，也就不可以买卖该房屋。如果房产权利尚未转移，则赠与人尚未丧失处分权，可以撤销赠与，买卖该房产。但是如果该赠与是具有公益性质的赠与，不可以随意撤销。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
