同案犯可以委托同一个律师吗?

不可以。律师接受犯罪嫌疑人、被告人委托后，不得接受同一案件或者未同案处理但实施的犯罪存在关联的其他犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的委托担任辩护人。
法律依据：
《律师执业管理办法》 第二十八条 律师不得在同一案件中为双方当事人担任代理人，或者代理与本人及其近亲属有利益冲突的法律事务。律师接受犯罪嫌疑人、被告人委托后，不得接受同一案件或者未同案处理但实施的犯罪存在关联的其他犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的委托担任辩护人。
