释义	法律分析：都不是。债权一般是对应债券。债权是指得请求他人为一定行为(作为或不作为)的民法上权利。债权特征有：(1)债权为财产上的请求权，不得通过限制债务人的人身来实施。(2) 债权为相对权，债权人只能向特定的债务人主张权利不得向债务人以外的第三个人主张权利。(3)债权具有相容性和平等性。(4)债权为有期限权利，不得设定无期限债权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百一十四条以支付金钱为内容的债，除法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定外，债权人可以请求债务人以实际履行地的法定货币履行。
