释义	法律分析：不是的，到监狱服刑判处的是有期徒刑，看守所的羁押期限一天可以折抵有期徒刑一天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十七条有期徒刑的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算；判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。第四十八条死刑只适用于罪行极其严重的犯罪分子。对于应当判处死刑的犯罪分子，如果不是必须立即执行的，可以判处死刑同时宣告缓期二年执行。死刑除依法由最高人民法院判决的以外，都应当报请最高人民法院核准。死刑缓期执行的，可以由高级人民法院判决或者核准。
