涉外婚姻管辖的法律规定是如何规定的

法律分析：在国内结婚并定居国外的华侨，如定居国法院以离婚诉讼须由婚姻缔结地法院管辖为由不予受理，当事人向人民法院提出离婚诉讼的，由婚姻缔结地或一方在国内的最后居住地人民法院管辖。
法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》 第十三条 在国内结婚并定居国外的华侨，如定居国法院以离婚诉讼须由婚姻缔结地法院管辖为由不予受理，当事人向人民法院提出离婚诉讼的，由婚姻缔结地或者一方在国内的最后居住地人民法院管辖。
