释义	法律分析：已领身份证、已满16周岁未满18周岁的未成年人，一般不宜单独办理住宿登记手续，应由其监护人陪伴住宿。但紧急情况为保护未成年利益的除外。已满16周岁未满18周岁的未成年人，可否凭自己的身份证直接办理旅馆登记手续，法律尚无明确规定。但从未成年人保护法的立法宗旨来看，不宜单独办理住宿登记手续。法律依据：《旅馆业治安管理办法》第六条旅馆接待旅客住宿必须登记。登记时，应当查验旅客的身份证件，按规定的项目如实登记。接待境外旅客住宿，还应当在24小时内向当地公安机关报送住宿登记表。
