释义	法律分析：非全日制用工双方当事人虽不能约定试用期，但双方当事人任何一方却都可以随时通知对方终止用工，是否约定试用期对非全日制用工没有意义。非全日制用工合同，用工方应该按照合同的约定支付薪酬，不能随意扣除工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第七十条下列情形不得约定试用期： 1、劳动合同期限不满三个月; 2、以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同; 3、非全日制用工的劳动合同。用人单位在上述劳动用工中约定的试用期是违法无效的，不具有约束力。
