释义	法律分析：抢夺致人重伤死亡不要认定为抢夺的结果加重犯，因为结果加重犯事依法定为准，而法律没有关于抢夺结果加重的规定。应分两种情况解决： 1、如果抢夺的数额不够较大，不成立抢夺罪，那么就以过失致人死亡一罪论处抢夺而过失致人死亡，作为量刑情节考虑2、如果抢夺数额也较大，又导致重伤、死亡结果的，属于想象竞合犯，从一重罪定罪处罚，不实行数罪并罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十三条过失致人死亡的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑。本法另有规定的，依照规定。
