释义	法律分析：见证人要负法律责任，但是见证人的法律责任是作为证人的责任，而不是保证人的责任，因此对债务人的债务赔偿不负责任。保证的方式包括一般保证和连带责任保证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百三十八条进行搜查，必须向被搜查人出示搜查证。在执行逮捕、拘留的时候，遇有紧急情况，不另用搜查证也可以进行搜查。第一百三十九条在搜查的时候，应当有被搜查人或者他的家属，邻居或者其他见证人在场。搜查妇女的身体，应当由女工作人员进行。
