释义	法律分析：债权是得请求他人为一定行为(作为或不作为)的民法上的权利。本于权利义务相对原则，相对于债权者为债务，即必须为一定行为(作为或不作为)的民法上义务。因此债之关系本质上即为民法上的债权债务关系，债权和债务都不能单独存在。债务是指债权人向债务人提供资金，以获得利息及债务人承诺在未来某一约定日期偿还这些资金和利息。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
