起诉离婚能不能找到人

法律分析：
起诉离婚一般可以找到人，但如果对方失踪的，那么法院也找不到人，这时法院会采取公告的方式将传票送达被告，在公告期限满之后，视为送达，届时被告仍不出现的，可以缺席审判。
法律依据
《民事诉讼法》第九十二条
受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。
自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。
公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
第一百四十四条
被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
