释义	法律分析：所谓伪造公司印章罪就是指没有合法的手续，私刻公司的印章的行为。本罪在主观方面是故意。即行为人明知自己无权制作上述单位的印章但为了某种目的而进行伪造。如行为人根本就不知道所承制的印章是他人无权要求制作的，不构成本罪。行为人犯罪的动机是多种多样的，有的是为了取得某种利益，有的是为了营利，有的是为了实施其他犯罪活动而做准备，等等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百八十条第二款伪造公司印章的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
