释义	法律分析：根据我国法律的相关规定，一般而言经营性租赁的租期不超过一年。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。融资租赁的租期是和设备的使用年限密切相关的，原则上和物件的使用寿命(折旧年限)相同，对于国家鼓励的特殊项目租期最短为三年。
