释义	法律分析：不需要。根据我国现行有关规定，驾驶证过了实习期并不需要换证，6年有效期到了才需要换证。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十六条机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的六年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发十年有效期的机动车驾驶证；在机动车驾驶证的十年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。第五十七条机动车驾驶人应当于机动车驾驶证有效期满前九十日内，向机动车驾驶证核发地或者核发地以外的车辆管理所申请换证。
