释义	法律分析：指子女对丧失劳动能力、生活不能自理又无其他生活来源的父母在经济上供养、生活上照料和精神上慰藉的义务。赡养父母不以父母是否抚养等其他任何条件为前提。赡养是因婚姻、血缘或收养关系所派生出来的法定义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十六条父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
