释义	法律分析：火车上补票只需加1元手续费，到站后被查出无票或越站补票还要另加收50%票款。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输办理细则》第三十四条旅客在到站前要求越过到站继续旅行时，在列车有能力的情况下应予以办理。办理时核收越站区间的票价，不足起码里程时，按起码里程计算；旅客同时提出变更座别、铺别和越站时，应先办理越站，后办理变更，使用一张代用票，核收一次手续费。
