用工备案是必须的吗 -法律知识

法律分析:
非全日制劳动合同不需要备案，劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。现行法律并未规定需要去劳动局备案，备案不是必经程序。
