释义	法律分析：我国的民法典规定，通常情况下，嫁给军人可以离婚。如果只有一方是军人的，不是军人的一方要想离婚，那要先征得军人一方的同意。如果军人不同意，不是军人的一方又没有正当离婚理由的，那是无法离婚的。如果双方都是军人，一方提出离婚的，要所在部队政治机关审查、调解，无效时再由部队政治机关提出处理意见，然后法院再判决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
