双户口被注销一个常用的怎么办

双重户口被注销的常用户口是不可以恢复的，根据我国法律规定，对于存在双户口的情况下，一般是存在错误的情况，所以是必须按照规定的程序来进行注销，在注销后肯定是不可以正常恢复的。
【法律依据】
《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十八条，公民变更姓名，依照下列规定办理：
未满十八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记
十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更登记。
