释义	法律分析：阿尔及利亚的国籍承认采血统主义和出生地主义，也就是生父母一方为阿尔及利亚人或在阿出生的都可以申请阿国籍。阿尔及利亚承认双重国籍但是中国不承认双重国籍，所以如果是孩子父母一方为阿国籍，可以入中国籍也可以入阿国籍，只要申请为阿国籍就视为自动放弃中国国籍。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国籍法》第九条定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
