释义	法律分析：通常情况下，妻子去世后，如果欠下的债务属于夫妻共同债务，那要用夫妻共同财产清偿，丈夫要承担连带责任。如果是还没有到期的债务，夫妻约定是由其中一方负担的，那么就属于该方的个人债务。但是，如果是想通过该约定逃避债务的，那么约定无效，该债务属于夫妻共同债务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
