释义	法律分析：原则上，我们国家是默认这些有外国护照的香港居民的国籍是中国人，但是他们出国旅行可以依照自己的选择持哪本护照出境。只是，如果他们在内地虽然持有外国护照，视同为中国人，不能享受该护照所在国的领事保护。也就是说，名义上是不允许双重国籍的，但港人可以加入其它国家的国籍，并用他国护照旅行。除非公开申明放弃中国国籍，否则一律按中国国籍对待。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国籍法》第三条中华人民共和国不承认中国公民具有双重国籍。
