释义	法律分析：清分的前一天能扣分。驾驶证在记分周期清分的前一天可以扣分，也没有规定需要提前十天去扣分，但是必须在本记分周期把违法行为处理掉，否则违法行为的记录就会转于下一个记分周期，导致下一个记分周期不是从0分开始记分。驾驶证的记分周期都是12个月，从初领证的时间开始计算。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十九条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，所处罚款已经缴纳的，记分予以清除。记分虽未达到12分，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。
