释义	法律分析：民间借贷合同公证，应由借贷双方当事人或是当事人的代理人到当地公证机关办理，申办民间借贷合同公证。民间借贷合同中，双方约定借款利息的，一定要在协议中写明。否则，按照无利息借贷处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第二十五条自然人、法人或者其他组织申请办理公证，可以向住所地、经常居住地、行为地或者事实发生地的公证机构提出。申请办理涉及不动产的公证，应当向不动产所在地的公证机构提出；申请办理涉及不动产的委托、声明、赠与、遗嘱的公证，可以适用前款的规定。
