释义	法律分析：　有效。但是不管是否公证，婚内债务约定仅对立约双方有效，不针对第三人。夫妻双方约定债务承担人的，对外无约束力，债权人仍可要求夫妻双方任何一方以双方婚姻存续期间的财产偿还相应债务。夫妻双方约定债务承担人的，离婚时可作为分割财产的依据。另外，公证处对公证申请是要求完全合法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十六条经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据，但有相反证据足以推翻该项公证的除外。
