释义	法律分析：隔离期间企业按正常劳动支付其工资。对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎患者、疑似病人、密切接触者在其隔离治疗期间，或者是因政府实施隔离措施导致不能提供正常劳动的企业职工，企业应当支付职工在此期间的工作报酬。隔离期结束后，对仍需停止工作进行治疗的职工，应该按医疗期有关规定支付工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》第四十一条在隔离期间，实施隔离措施的人民政府应当对被隔离人员提供生活保障。被隔离人员有工作单位的，所在单位不能停止支付其隔离期间的工作报酬。
