释义	法律分析：验兵有纹身不会被罚款。纹身是一种个人喜好，国家没有任何一条法律条文禁止纹身，因此任何人任何机构都没有权利对于一个人纹身进行处罚。不过相关的法律有规定，纹身人员禁止入伍。只是禁止入伍，没有其他的任何处罚条款。所以验兵有纹身是不会被罚款的，只是不能入伍。法律依据：《应征公民体格检查标准》第十一条面颈部文身，着军队制式体能训练服其他裸露部位长径超过3cm的文身，其他部位长径超过10cm的文身，男性文眉、文眼线、文唇，女性文唇，不合格。
