释义	法律分析：公安机关或检察院若对您亲友限制了人身自由的话，依据法律规定，传唤或拘传一般不能超过24小时，不得以连续传唤或拘传变相羁押。若是是刑事拘留了，除三类案件有碍侦查或无法通知外，应该在24小时内通知被拘留人员的家属或单位。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十六条公安机关对被拘留的人，应当在拘留后的二十四小时以内进行讯问。在发现不应当拘留的时候，必须立即释放，发给释放证明。
