释义	法律分析：不构成，隐瞒事实一般不会构成犯罪，但是会被拘留或者罚款。刑法上的虚构事实，就是指捏造并不存在的事实，骗取他人信任，可以是虚构全部的事实，也可以是虚构部分事实。隐瞒真相则是指掩盖客观存在的某种事实。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第五十三条公安机关提请批准逮捕书、人民检察院起诉书、人民法院判决书，必须忠实于事实真象。故意隐瞒事实真象的，应当追究责任。
