释义	法律分析: 基金会法人是指以社会公益事业为目的并以基金设立的法人。是具有独立财产权的。基金会并没有自己的成员或会员，基金会的管理者并不是基金会的会员，管理者的变动也不应当影响到基金会的存在。法律依据:《《基金会管理条例》》第二条本条例所称基金会，是指利用自然人、法人或者其他组织捐赠的财产，以从事公益事业为目的，按照本条例的规定成立的非营利性法人。
