释义	法律分析：被别人起诉是可以不去的,但是法院会进行缺席审判的,缺席审判将会面临着败诉的情况。缺席判决与对席判决具有同等法律效力。对于缺席判决,人民法院同样应当依照法定的方式和程序,向缺席的一方当事人宣告判决及送达判决书,并保障当事人的上诉权利的充分行使。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十三条原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以按撤诉处理；被告反诉的，可以缺席判决。
