合同效力是指合同在成立之后对合同当事人能否发生其希望发生的法律效果。根据情况的不同，合同的效力可以分为：合同成立并生效、合同成立但无效。合同生效又可以细分为成立即生效、成立后经过批准、所附条件达成、所附期限到达后生效。

《中华人民共和国民法典》
第一百四十四条 无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。
第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。
以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
