释义	法律分析：可以。要约撤销，是指要约人在要约生效后，使要约的法律效力归于消灭的意思表示。因为要约的撤销往往涉及受要约人的利益，所以法律对其设定了一定的限制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十六条要约可以撤销，但是有下列情形之一的除外：（一）要约人以确定承诺期限或者其他形式明示要约不可撤销；（二）受要约人有理由认为要约是不可撤销的，并已经为履行合同做了合理准备工作。
