释义	法律分析：我国的工资支付暂行规定，一般情况下，如果遇到拖欠工资，当事人都可以通过以下的三种方式之一解决：第一、找劳动监察大队。劳动监察大队接到投诉后，会向该公司的负责人发出责令改正通知书。让公司限期支付工资；第二、找劳动仲裁委员会。监察大队没解决的，可以向劳动仲裁委员会申请仲裁；第三、通过人民法院解决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国工资支付暂行规定》第十九条劳动者与用人单位因工资支付发生劳动争议的，当事人可依法向劳动争议仲裁机关申请仲裁。对仲裁裁决不服的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。
