释义	法律分析：逮捕是被关押在看守所。依据我国相关法律的规定，检察机关批准逮捕嫌疑人的，由公安机关负责执行，公安机关逮捕嫌疑人后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十三条公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
