释义	抢婚如果有暴力行为的是犯法行为，构成触犯暴力干涉婚姻自由罪，会被人民法院判处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十六条结婚应当男女双方完全自愿，禁止任何一方对另一方加以强迫，禁止任何组织或者个人加以干涉。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
