释义	法律分析：三人以上死亡安全事故触犯重大劳动安全事故罪，由企事业单位中的对造成重大责任事故负有直接责任的主管人员或其他直接责任人员负责。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十五条工厂、矿山、林场、建筑企业或者其他企业、事业单位的劳动安全设施不符合国家规定，经有关部门或者单位职工提出后，对事故隐患仍不采取措施，因而发生重大伤亡事故或者造成其他严重后果的，对直接责任人员，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役节特别恶劣的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
