释义	法律分析： 7天至两个月左右。清关只有在履行各项义务，办理海关申报、查验、征税、放行等手续后，货物才能放行，货主或申报人才能提货。法律依据：《中华人民共和国海关行政处罚实施条例》第四十条海关扣留货物、物品、运输工具以及账册、单据等资料的期限不得超过1年。因案件调查需要，经直属海关关长或者其授权的隶属海关关长批准，可以延长，延长期限不得超过1年。但复议、诉讼期间不计算在内。
