释义	营业执照转让是有风险的，这种行为是违法的。但现实中，这种风险几乎没有。只要没有人举毕橘报，工商局不可能知道，当然也不会去处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第七十七条伪造、涂改侍数肢、出租、出借、转让营业执照的，由公司登记机关老世处以1万元以上10万元以下的罚款;情节严重的，吊销营业执照。营业执照是工商行政管理机关发给工商企业、个体经营者的准许从事某项生产经营活动的凭证。其格式由国家工商行政管理局统一规定。
