释义	一国对原产于他国的进口产品征收反倾销税，一般须满足以下几个条件： (1)受调查产品的出口价格低于正常价值，其英文缩写为LTFV; (2)生产“同似产品”的、进口国某一国内产业受到法定的损害; (3)低价出口与进口国国内产业之损害两者之间存在因果关系; 除了上述3个条件以外，有的法域(如欧共体)的反倾销法还规定了第4个要件，即附加关税之征收符合该法域之整体利益或公共利益。
