释义	诚意金———目前在买方市场中，已有了一种新的发展趋势，即交“诚意金”。所谓“诚意金”，是指买方在购房目标明确后，以看中某个区域、某种面积的房子为标准，并有一个适当的价格，为了能更快地找到自己的理想物业，预先在信得过的中介公司交上一定数额的“诚意金”，并签订一定期限。代理方收取“诚意金”后，会非常努力地发挥其“团体力量”，有针对性的尽快为买家寻找理想的房子。
