释义	法律分析: 劳动仲裁开庭审理的，申请人收到书面开庭通知后不接电话，不出庭的，视为撤回劳动仲裁申请，被申请人收到书面开庭通知后不接电话，不出庭的，劳动仲裁委员会可以缺席判决。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第三十六条申请人收到书面通知，无正当理由拒不到庭或者未经仲裁庭同意中途退庭的，可以视为撤回仲裁申请。被申请人收到书面通知，无正当理由拒不到庭或者未经仲裁庭同意中途退庭的，可以缺席裁决。
