公证处公证需要什么材料？ |

法律分析：
财产公证是指双方到公证机构办理关于财产所有权的公证事项。就是将财产的归属问题明确，属于谁的财权，利用法律的形式固定下来，利于在将来分配归属。
自然人、法人或者其他组织申请办理公证，应当提交下列材料：
(一)自然人的身份证明，法人的资格证明及其法定代表人的身份证明，其他组织的资格证明及其负责人的身份证明；
(二)委托他人代为申请的，代理人须提交当事人的授权委托书，法定代理人或者其他代理人须提交有代理权的证明；
(三)申请公证的文书；
(四)申请公证的事项的证明材料，涉及财产关系的须提交有关财产权利证明；
(五)与申请公证的事项有关的其他材料。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公证法》 第二十七条 申请办理公证的当事人应当向公证机构如实说明申请公证的事项的有关情况，提供真实、合法、充分的证明材料；提供的证明材料不充分的，公证机构可以要求补充。
公证机构受理公证申请后，应当告知当事人申请公证事项的法律意义和可能产生的法律后果，并将告知内容记录存档。
