释义	法律分析：只要这个单位的法定代表人执行的是职务行为，也就是他是代表单位签的字，而不是以他自己名义为自己的事情订立的合同，那么这个合同就是对单位生效的。但是，如果合同约定需要公司法人手印，同时也需要公司公章的才有效的，合同没有公司公章，合同尚未具有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
